4. User Conduct

   Users agree to engage responsibly and respect the rights of others. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

   • Using the Platforms for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
   • Harming, harassing, or defrauding other users.
   • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or exploit our services or systems.
   • Use of multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage.
   • Use of artificial intelligence tools, bots, or any automated assistance to influence game outcomes.

   Violations of these Terms may result in the suspension or permanent termination of your account and forfeiture of any associated rewards or payments.

5. Fair Play Policy and Disciplinary Actions

   The Company is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment. Violations of our Fair Play Policy — including but not limited to cheating, use of AI assistance, or creation of multiple accounts — will be detected through AI monitoring, IP tracking, and device identification systems. The following graduated actions may apply:

   Warning Notification

   Users involved in minor offences or first-time attempts to exploit game vulnerabilities may receive an official warning via email

   Forfeiture of Rewards or Payments

   Any rewards or winnings will be revoked in cases involving:

   • Use of multiple accounts.
   • Use of AI, bots, or other prohibited assistance tools.
   • Any confirmed breach of the Fair Play Policy.

   Temporary Account Suspension

   Accounts may be suspended for a fixed period (e.g., 14 or 30 days) due to, but not limited to, repeated use of multiple accounts or continued use of AI or other prohibited tools

   Permanent Account Ban

   Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent account deactivation. Affected users will lose access to their account, all in-game items, and all rewards. The Company reserves the right to take legal action where applicable

6. Payments, Rewards, and Refunds

   Reward Processing Timeline

   All leaderboard winnings and reward requests are subject to a standard verification and processing window of 24 to 72 hours from the time of request. This timeframe allows us to complete necessary security and compliance checks to ensure secure and accurate reward disbursement.

   Reward Review and Delays

   In certain circumstances, rewards may be placed under review pending verification checks. Where this occurs, the Company will proactively notify the affected user via email.

   Non-Disbursement for Rule Violations

   Rewards are only processed to users who have fully complied with these Terms and our Fair Play Policy. Any confirmed rule violation — including but not limited to use of multiple accounts, AI assistance, or other prohibited methods — will result in forfeiture of any pending or completed rewards disbursement. The Company reserves the right to withhold rewards without liability where a violation has been confirmed.

7. Game Mechanics and Rewards

   Game mechanics and reward structures are outlined in each game's rules section. While we strive to ensure fairness, results are final and cannot be contested. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any rewards, game features, or bonus structures at its discretion, with prior notice where feasible.

8. Customer Support

   Support Channels

   All customer enquiries must be submitted through our official support channels as indicated on the Platforms. The Company does not accept support requests through unofficial channels. All enquiries are logged and tracked to ensure accountability and timely resolution

   Duplicate Enquiries

   To ensure efficient support, users are advised to avoid submitting duplicate or multiple messages regarding the same issue. Duplicate submissions do not accelerate resolution timelines and may result in longer wait times

9. Limitation of Liability

   To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, revenue, or profits. In all cases, our liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the Platforms in the 12 months preceding the incident.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

    All content, including but not limited to graphics, trademarks, and game designs, is protected by intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, or exploiting the content without our written consent. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property will result in legal action.
